I cannot say enough good things about Ziegler - they are easy to reach. They return your calls. They do quality work and their price is reasonable. Plumbers are not easy to find especially with top-notch service. Thank you Ziegler Plumbing!

While taking a shower this morning, the tub and toilets started to back up. A few guys at work recommended Ziegler Plumbing, so I gave them a call around 930 this morning. They said they were booked for normal hours, but I could be put on the schedule for the after hours emergency for this evening. I agreed and was happy they could get to me the same day. I got a phone call that they had finished up their other jobs earlier than expected and could be to the house during normal hours and would save me the after hours fee. They showed up at 245 in the afternoon and had everything fixed by the time I left work at 415. I couldn't be happier and will hire them for any plumbing issues or upgrades from here on out.

I called for a property I manage regarding a back-up around 5:15pm and was told there wasn't any after hours time slots available. I explained that there were children there, only one bathroom in both units affected and that it was at one of their worker's apartments and I was told to call back at 7am the next day. The next day, the worker went into the office to confront what happened the night before because it was his apartment and he believed in the company and was let down. He walked into Casey stating she had been drinking and no one was getting any after hour calls. She was laughing and even stated how the woman on the phone mentioned kids were there. When confronted, Casey advised I had lied and never said it was his apartment. The worker, who is also my son which is why I called Ziegler in the first place to support the company he works for, got more mad and cussed leaving the office (which he was written up for also). Keep in mind that one of the children affected was my grandson, worker's son. The next thing Casey said was that Ziegler doesn't go into that part of Newport News. I called another company who came from Williamsburg to help the property I manage. Whether this was my son or not, this whole situation just showed the lack of empathy, loyalty to the City of Newport News, and all of the customers/potential of customers. Casey represented the company and the company did nothing. This is just my experience.
